Privacy Policy

In short: your tabs stay on your computer. Tabwright has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and it never sells or shares your data. The only thing that ever leaves your device is your Pro license key, and only to check that it is valid.
What Tabwright handles on your device
To list, search, organize and save your tabs, Tabwright reads the title, address, icon, pinned state, tab group (name and color) and last-opened time of your open tabs. It stores your saved sessions, Spaces, preferences and license status in your browser's local extension storage. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. Tabs in incognito windows are never saved.
What leaves your device
- Pro license checks only. When you activate Pro, about once a week afterwards, and when you deactivate a device, Tabwright sends your license key and a random device label (such as "Tabwright · 3f9a1c2e") or the device ID it was given to our license server. The server forwards them to Creem, our payment provider, to confirm the license. Nothing about your tabs is ever included.
- Our license server runs on Cloudflare Workers and does not keep logs of license keys. As our hosting provider, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as your IP address.
- Website icons. Tabwright shows each tab's icon using the icon address your browser provides. Loading an icon may contact that website, just as your browser does.
Payments
Purchases are handled by Creem as merchant of record. Tabwright never sees or stores your card details. Creem's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
Clipboard
Tabwright writes to your clipboard only when you choose "Copy as Markdown". It never reads your clipboard.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete sessions and Spaces inside Tabwright, or remove everything by uninstalling the extension. "Deactivate this device" releases your license seat so you can use it on another computer.
Chrome Web Store user data policy
Tabwright's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information is used only to provide the features you see, and never for advertising or credit decisions.
Children
Tabwright is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Tabwright 在你电脑上处理的信息

会离开你电脑的信息
- 只有 Pro 授权核验。在你激活 Pro 时、之后大约每周一次、以及你注销某台设备时，Tabwright 会把你的授权码，以及一个随机设备名（例如"Tabwright · 3f9a1c2e"）或授权服务分配的设备编号，发送到我们的授权服务器；服务器再转给我们的支付服务商 Creem 核对。其中不包含任何标签信息。
- 授权服务器运行在 Cloudflare Workers 上，不记录授权码。作为托管服务商，Cloudflare 可能会处理 IP 地址等技术性请求数据。
- 网站图标。Tabwright 用浏览器提供的图标地址显示每个标签的图标。加载图标时可能会访问对应网站，和浏览器本身的行为一样。
付款
购买由 Creem 作为记录商家（Merchant of Record）处理。Tabwright 不会看到也不会保存你的银行卡信息。结账过程适用 Creem 自己的隐私政策。
剪贴板
只有在你点"复制成 Markdown"时，Tabwright 才会写入剪贴板；它从不读取你的剪贴板。
数据的保留与删除
你的数据一直留在你的电脑上，直到你删除。你可以在 Tabwright 里删除会话和工作区，或卸载插件来清除全部数据。"在这台设备上注销"会释放授权名额，方便你在另一台电脑上使用。
Chrome 应用商店用户数据政策
Tabwright 对信息的使用遵守 Chrome 应用商店用户数据政策，包括"有限使用"要求：信息只用于提供你看到的功能，绝不用于广告或信用评估。
儿童
Tabwright 不面向儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
