Terms & Refunds

Effective date: October 10, 2026

In short: the free version is free to use. Pro is a one-time purchase of $6.99 for up to 3 browsers, with a 14-day full refund.

The software

Reloadwright is a browser extension for Microsoft Edge published by Tabwright Labs. You may use it for personal or work purposes. You are responsible for how you use it: check that automatically refreshing, monitoring or clicking on a website is allowed by that website's own terms, and do not use Reloadwright to overload a site or to gain an unfair advantage over other people using it. An automatic click presses exactly what you picked, so make sure it is something you are happy to have pressed without you watching.

Pro license

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your license key is delivered by email by Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. One key can be active on up to 3 browsers at a time; use “Deactivate” in the popup to move it. Pro features need an internet connection about once a week to confirm the license and keep working offline for up to 30 days in between.

Refunds

If Pro is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email, and we will refund you in full. The key is then switched off.

No warranty

Reloadwright is provided as is. Websites change, browsers pause background work, and a page monitor can miss or misread a change, a phone alert can fail to arrive, and an automatic click can miss or press the wrong thing after a site changes, so do not rely on it for anything where a missed alert would cause loss. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions: [email protected].

Pro
